Check out these examples of current phishing emails so you don’t fall for them.
Emails from Verizon
According to this email, your account has been compromised and you must click link to verify your identity. Don’t click it! It will send you to a fake website where they will collect your information.
This email asks you to confirm your account and that you are required to update the account details & that you only have 48 hours to do so. Don’t click the link! TurboTax says you should not respond to emails asking for account, password, banking, or credit card information.
